STEP 1: First, you have to go to the National Voter Services Portal official site of the Election Commission.
STEP 2: Now you have to click on Voter Portal.
STEP 3: Now you will be getting the option to log in.
STEP 4: If you do not have a login ID, then you can create a new login ID by clicking on Create Account.

- Now an OTP will come in your phone, fill it. Afterwards, click on Verify.
- Now create a new password, then fill in the captcha.
- Tick I agree, then click on Create Account.
- Now click on Welcome.
- Now enter the profile name.
- Fill the state and tick your gender. Afterwards, click on submit.
STEP 5: Now a dashboard will open in front of you which has many options. Click on Correction in Voter ID.
STEP 6: Click on Yes, Have Voter ID Number, And enter your voter card number. Then click on Fetch Details. Now click on Proceed.
STEP 7: Now your voter details will be shown, click on save and continue.
STEP 8: Now you have to update phone number in voter card
STEP 9: Enter the phone number and click on verify.
STEP 10: Now stick to whatever correction you want to make. Click on the name. Then, click on Save and Continue.
Like name, address, date of birth, photo, etc.
STEP : Now fill in your name who want to get the correction done.
STEP 11: Also upload the supporting documents. Then, click on Save & continue.
STEP 12: Now a reference has to be given in which name and city should be filled. Then, click on Save and Continue.
STEP 13: Now the preview of the form will be seen in front of you. Click submit.
By doing all these steps, your application will be submitted. You will also get a reference number
