STEP 1: First of all you have to go to the official website of India Post Payment Bank. Now from here you will get all the information.

STEP 2: Here you will get the link of the application form, which can be downloaded by clicking on the click here.

You can print this form. This form has to be filled with black pen in English.

STEP 3: You have to affix a passport size photograph in this form and also have to sign on it.

STEP 5: BANK DETAILS

• Branch Name
• Account Name (As per bank record)
• Account Type
• Account Number Saving A/c or Current A/c

STEP 6: BUSINESS CORRESPONDENT DECLARATION*

STEP 7: FORM NO. 60 [See second proviso to rule 114B]

• Note- If you do not have PAN card then you have to fill Form 60.

STEP 8: List of Documents

STEP 9: After filling this form, you will have to submit it to the nearest India Post branch

You will get the information about your application getting approved by India Post. After that you will be able to do all the work of India Post Payment Bank.
